Unique Boutique Hotel Intentional, Local, and Artistic

Custom Reed Diffusers + Custom AM/PM Body Washes.
As far as some of the details to mention, I initially thought about the scents we have throughout the Hotel. We partnered with Bungalow Candle Studio, Sue, who created a reed diffuser out of one of her candles specifically only for the Hotel AND helped us play and craft signature scents in our AM/PM custom Body Washes we have in our bathrooms. We share the value of elevating a space with scent and couldn't be more grateful for her expertise and partnership. :]  If you want some visuals of what to expect, watch the reel recently created about our partnership.

 

Interactive Art Installation.
We have an interactive art installation (created by Moneta Lyons) titled, "Free Love Letters" that is across the Reception desk leading guests and the community into our lounge. This is a project that is open to not only guests, but the community. Its an invitation to be intentional about speaking love and receiving love, while also inviting playfulness as each person is asked to finish the letter by folding it into a paper airplane and flying it into the top of the box. We are also in conversation with Downtown Spokane Partnership to feature this art installation in Downtown Spokane, inviting the public into the fun. Hotel Guest Room Murals.
Each of our 9 guest rooms (currently 2 are completed: Muralists: Moneta Lyons and Karli Fairbanks) will have a wall dedicated to a local emerging artist. These opportunities will be on a rotating basis allowing for more artists to be featured as the years unfold. If you know of artists who might be into it, here is a link they can fill out to be considered.

 

Custom Unique Guest Room Headboards.
BANG Design Studios created by hand, beautiful velvet headboards with matching curtains in each of our 9 guest rooms.  Our Lounge is quite unique as well, as the bottom half is literally dipped in an electric red. We have a QR code displayed to scan in our lounge talking about some more specific details about the design. 

 

First Friday.
Local artists, musicians, and vendors are the focus. Getting some eyes on some of the beauty and artistry we have in the city. Here is another link for people to fill out if they are interested in being featured throughout 2025. 

 

Local Business Partnerships.
We are in partnership with some businesses who will offer discounts to our guests including: Garland Resale, Anam Cara, Peoples Waffle, Emma Rues, Method Juice Cafe and ZOLA. We are currently working with the Spokane Symphony, The Union Studios, Hogwash Whisky with more to come.
